Atkinson singlehandedly dominates the 2OT period. Key bucket after key bucket after sitting out the OT. A big block as well. Puts in the winning hoop with under 2 seconds to play.
13 for 15!!!

26 on 15 shots including the game winner. The bizarre part was how Brey kept him on the bench down the stretch.
Paul is such an elite player, I'm thrilled that he gets a chance to show it on the biggest stage.

Yeah, the announcing crew was a bit surprised to see Atkinson out there to begin the 2OT.
That was a riveting game. Some great plays by both teams down the stretch in regulation, OT and 2OT.
There were matchup problems galore on both sides. One of them was that no-one could really handle Atkinson.

Another impressive win for ND with a short turn around period and flying off to San Diego to boot.
Atkinson again with a nice game, although this time he had plenty of help and was not "the guy".
