Assuming the test result is correct, the women’s regular season is over. They might be OK for the patriot league tournament, except that they don’t have enough games to qualify unless the NCAA grants a waiver.

I've had the sinking feeling for the past few weeks that their season is over.

This article confirms that the women are going to be allowed to play in the PLT. Knock on wood. Bucknell apparently is being reasonable for a change.

As things stand now, they are locked into a very hard bracket. First they will face Lafayette, who was picked for 4th in the preseason poll but was forced to play a schedule consisting largely of the league's top three teams. Then they are slated to meet Lehigh (again), the PL's #3 team. And then if they advance, the opponent would likely be #2 Boston U, who has an 11-2 record.
