Better 2nd half than first. Difference was turnovers and free throw attempts. Both teams played good defense. Choh big in the 2nd half and a nice game for Lilly overall. Brown got a big boost from Ferrari hitting every three no matter how well-guarded. UVM is very good.

Great defensive game by both teams. Brown up 1 with 50 secs to go. VM made 2 FTs and Choh made a great play to the hoop but didn’t get it to go down. Lilly, Ganey and Ferrari were great. Nana did not play.

Gainey doesn’t miss a shot, or make a free throw.
Can a player shoot 20% higher when guarded as opposed to not?
Brown will be a tough matchup for size challenged Ivy foes. I think they’re a lock for the tournament.

You guys did better against Vermont that we did, no question.
Of course, we did a little better against Bryant.
Having seen Brown in person, and having watched several Dartmouth games, it's obvious that Brown has better athletes than Dartmouth. If we don't shoot well against you, I would expect Brown to win against the Green.

Brown went toe-to-toe with a seasoned, veteran Vermont team, and could have/should have won the game. The Bears lead in most statistical categories, which unfortunately included turnovers (14-11). One important turnover in the last few seconds prevented a final chance at victory. A very tough loss that may ultimately benefit the team when they enter league play.
