Kelly Mazzante is now Associate Head Coach and Taylor Coleman and LaSashia Connelly (Mgr of Ops) have been promoted following Jim Reed's retirement.

Mazzante was already either the number one assistant or on an equal basis with Reed. It was always difficult to tell. However now she has the title of associate head coach, which she did not have before, nor did Reed.
I was never overly impressed with the job that Reed did during his 15 years at Susquehanna - below .500 overall and no NCAA appearances. However it appears that he did a very good job coaching the post players during his Bucknell tenure. For example, Tessa Brugler’s post moves improved dramatically in the six months after he begin coaching the post players. Ceppi also improved as did Carly Krsul and Emma Shaffer.

Mazzante was also named to the Pennsylvania Hall of Fame last week:

Among her many accomplishments:
- 3217 points at Montoursville High School
- 2919 points at Penn State.
- Twice an AP First Team All-American
- Was the all-time leading scorer in Big Ten history until about five years ago.
- First Team All-Big Ten four straight years.
- Twice Big Ten POY.
- Seven seasons in the WNBA.
