I know you season ticket holders have long had issues with the Ticket Office. Thought I could add some gasoline to the fire from a student perspective: students cannot get free or even reduced priced student tickets to the Big 5 double header. My friends and I were really excited to get to see one– but maybe not worth the $40 per.
Also, Penn State–Purdue sold out within hours. Makes you wonder.

It's a clown show over there. I've been trying to reach them by e-mail (a season ticket holder) after buying the doubleheader and never getting my tickets and there simply is no response.
Very disappointing how the service there, which was great in prior days, has deteriorated.

P38 - they have not yet distributed tickets to the doubleheader or the Thanksgiving tournament. They have been extremely cooperative in getting me tickets to the two away games we have played to date.

I don't want to knock the personnel there at all. And I have the tickets for the doubleheader. There are glitches in the system that make it very difficult to move tickets to the Apple Wallet for an I-Phone. They helped me with that (kudos to Aaron Glachman) prior to the game yesterday.
But it still takes forever to get a response to a phone call or e-mail.

Just to elaborate on the above; if you think you may need to transfer a ticket; do NOT put it in your i-phone wallet (no idea what happens on android) if you do, you will not be able to transfer it. If you remove it from the wallet, that might work but did not for us.
Also - the folks in the ticket office were quite helpful getting the transfer done at halftime yesterday.
