As we move further away from last season, I think Meeks could have a monster year if his health and conditioning allow it. Agree completely. The two factors are really part of the same issue. His serious foot problems often prevented him from practicing and completely precluded him from doing separate conditioning drills. How about swimming? It is great cardio exercise with no impact other than pushing off the wall. He was in the pool quite a bit last spring - swimming and aqua-jogging. |
