But it isn't just the men's second-tier finishes. Goodness knows that's a feature not a bug at Dartmouth. The thing that's different is the churn in the program. Boudreaux, all of the original assistants, Jackson. Throw Guilien Smith in there if you want. I'm sure there are explanations for every one of the departures. But from the outside, that does not look like a stable situation, and that impacts recruiting (and hope for the future).
