Sigh… Told myself I wouldn’t watch after tricking myself into thinking they might put up a fight against Princeton and that’s what I get.

Hopefully, they put together a nice performance next week against Columbia to send out the seniors on a high. Otherwise, feels like a season of what ifs and a bit of a missed opportunity, given Harvard’s struggles.

It is amazing that a team with that much talent can be out of it--just so many close losses

I was impressed with the effort last night following the demoralizing loss the Princeton. We couldn’t put the ball in the ocean from a row boat while the Tigers couldn’t miss. But the Bears came back to take the lead on the Quakers, only to lose on a last second shot. That’s four league losses by 4 points or less. A tough season. One that began with 4 out of 5 league games on the road.

Very tough. And it was a great college basketball game in which their offense was humming. It’s so much easier to see them lose when they’re at least scoring the ball.

But you have to win these games at home. And they don’t.
