Hey, come on. We had some bad turnovers. We stunk behind the three-point line. But we took a physically superior team to the wire. Had one of our two contested layups in the last 70 seconds rolled in, we would have gone to overtime. |

Bad turnovers (check) Stunk behind the line (check) Actually, we worse than stunk. We were 1-14. Physically superior (nope). Well, Dame Adelekun was physically superior (and that was impressive because USF's center is a monster). Otherwise South Florida was getting any look they wanted. They just aren't very good. Don't see any chance of the Green qualifying for its first ever Ivy tournament. 4-10 in league is probably best case. 2-12 more likely. Yuck. |

Sad state of affairs, for sure. That overall record would look worse, too, if we excised the two Ws against D3 schools. |
