Hmmm. So by that definition, Rick Pitino is a poor in game coach? St Johns has consistently given up double digit 2nd half leads this year and lost. I am not trying to defend the state of Penn basketball right now, I am as disappointed as anyone. I am just telling you that, despite the expertise on here, Donahue is pretty highly regarded as a strategist and in game coach among the coaching ranks. That's on the public record and also a result of many personal conversations. I don't remember anyone saying publicly or privately he is a great recruiter. |
