yes, but not completely clear since this was targeted to renewals. following statements are included:

- individuals interested in purchasing additional season tickets must wait until the new application process begins on August 3rd.

- those requesting different seats must call ticket office to see what is available after August 23rd.

- should you desire to purchase additional seats beyond your current season tickets for 2006-07, your request will be considered as part of the new application process and decided upon after September 15.

sounds like new apps may be accepted very soon, but new tix won't be confirmed for a while.
