I have a feeling the whole tournament is going to be getting canceled within the next hour or two.
If that turns out to be the case, it will show utter incompetence on the part of the PL and/or Bucknell. There is nothing that is known now that is different than what was known at 9 AM. The only difference is that many family members, friends, and fans have already made long drives to Lewisburg.
