Bryson Johnson was officially announced as an assistant coach by GMU on Monday. This is a bit strange since he has been called an assistant coach on the GMU site since mid-February (see last year's "Around the PL" thread). My assumption is that once he got the legal clearance in February, they gave him the title, but there was some budgetary rule that precluded him from officially having that role until the new fiscal year, which began July 1st. In any event, he apparently has been on the road recruiting for them all year.
