Ranked 30th in VA by PrepHoops. Reportedly has a 4.4 weighted GPA.

Here's two videos. Looks quick and athletic. Doesn't appear to have a traditional jump shot.

I just wateched the Game Video. Elvin looks VERY quick and strong. I LOVE how he finishes at the rim. He certainly is not a shy shooter.
