Seriously, this is denial given the substantial federal funds that make Harvard subject to Title IX. It is not clearly distinguishable from the â€œpublic Iviesâ€ in the UC system. The dishonesty and hypocrisy of the policy and its defenders will continue to erode legitimacy. Everything will look fine to the reactionary defenders until just before the bottom drops out.
