Blake Matthews, a 5-5 (or maybe 5-6) PG from Texas, just committed to the Bison. She was 1st team All Region in Class 6A (largest schools) this past season. Also MVP for her region. Comes from a suburb of Houston. Had offers from East Tennesse State and UT-San Antonio, maybe others.

Blake is the second 2022 commitment, along with Emma Theodorsson, a 6-1 SG/SF from the Pittsburgh area who had a large number of offers.
