Here is the CBS PL rankings:

112 Colgate
159 Navy
207 Loyola
216 Army
244 American
260 Boston U
273 Lafayette
277 Bucknell
278 Lehigh
297 Holy Cross

It's safe to say that very little research went into these rankings. In particular, I think it is absurd to have Boston U, who has all of their players back, ranked that low. Boston has three 5th year players who have been multi-year starters.
