One huge difference between Colgate and Bucknell. Colgate has played the 88th toughest out-of-conference schedule in the country. In contrast, Bucknell has played the 277th toughest schedule. Had Colgate played the Bucknell schedule, they would probably be more like 8-3.
Bucknell, btw, has moved up to 304th in the country. They have never finished a season with a ranking that bad.
In fairness, they are also playing without Nelly Cummings. Imagine Bucknell playing without Andrew Funk.
