Harvard blaming Yale for the tournament? Not exactly. Amaker was long a supporter of an Ivy League tournament (and repeatedly stated that it should always be at the Palestra). Let's face it--virtually all the players and coaches wanted a tournament. Just the old guard fans who didn't.
