Penn/Harvard: 1-1

3-Way H2H
Yale: 3-1
Harvard: 2-2
Penn: 1-3

Best Win
Yale: vs Harvard (presently #4)
Harvard: vs Yale (presently #3)
Penn: vs Harvard (presently #4)

The best Penn can do is 8-6. Yale should win at least one of its two remaining games, so trying to move ahead of Harvard seems like their only realistic chance.

1 - Need to have a better record than Harvard
2 - Need to have the same record as Harvard with a win over Princeton (while Harvard loses to Princeton)

Option #2 seems unlikely, so it may all may come down to how Penn and Harvard do against Dartmouth.

Harvard wins against Dartmouth - Harvard goes to IT
Penn loses against Dartmouth - Harvard goes to IT
Harvard loses to Dartmouth and Penn wins - Penn goes to IT
