Zach and Nana are playing in the top leagues in Belgium and Israel, while Stephen is in the second division in Turkey. Turkey, however, has very strong basketball - and the second division there is likely as strong as strong as the top divisions in the other two countries.
Here are a couple of rankings from a year ago of the strength of the European leagues:
