This is a great win for Bucknell. I broadcasted games involving Stanford and UCLA earlier this year, their players were cyborgs. Big, strong amazing athletes. Best of luck headed west.. Terrific season
For those who don't follow water polo, Stanford is a near unanimous #1 in the nation - a team that Bucknell would play if they miraculously pulled off the MAJOR upset vs USC. Stanford beat Navy 26-3 in the game Navy Voice refers to. While it wouldn't always be that one-sided, Stanford would certainly be favored by 15 goals over Navy and by only a little less vs Bucknell.
The Bison, btw, moved up to #10 in the national poll. Rarely have they ever been higher.
