As of now they are still advertising to encourage people to buy tickets for the game. No hints at all about any possible restrictions.

And the PIAA state swim meet is continuing to be held at Bucknell, with large crowds at every session.

Now the PIAA swim meet at Bucknell has been postponed. Basketball game is still on, but I get the feeling that the decision-makers can't make a decision on spectators. As of now, spectators will be allowed - but it wouldn't surprise me if Bravman decided 20 minutes before game time to ban spectators.
