Sorry, I just don't believe that the Ivies act like the SEC over this. Frankly, given the likelihood that it will be over by the end of January (based on the South African experience), why not just take a break and play the season as we always have up to this year, when the ridiculous decision was made not to simply move the schedule up a week, but overload games when no one was around on campus and crush any idea that students will care about their teams.
