In the stretch where Penn took the lead and extended it to 10, I believe Dartmouth went nearly 4 minutes without a field goal attempt (they did get to the line a few times in that period). So not a question of cold shooting so much as not shooting. They did miss some free throws. But the turnovers during a stretch where Penn wasn’t missing did Dartmouth in, I think.
