Really frustrating 1st half.
Very weak guard play. Against a solid Fordham team, it is obvious that we lack a true point guard. Getting the ball up the floor and into our playmakers has been an issue and rampant turnovers.
Why are we not getting the ball into Ledlum, clearly our best player? Fordham going with the quick double team on him... so allow him to pass it out for open looks...
Hoping for a better 2nd half.

The Fordham player who's guarding Ledlum is doing a very good job of it.

Ledlum is shooting at this time 50% from the field... he just only has 6 shots. Not getting the ball enough.

Disappointing loss.
At this point in the season, Harvard seems to have 2 main holes:
1) No true point guard
Waaay too many turnovers against Fordham. Tons of missed opportunities. Can't seem to get the ball to their best player.
2) Poor guard play generally and lack of 3 point shooters.
Fordham packed the paint and dared Harvard to shoot 3's. Harvard's guards could not make them pay. Free throw shooting has also been a problem.
It's early in the season and things could improve, but at this juncture, Harvard does not look like a team that is likely to seriously compete for an Ivy league title... more like a team scraping to get the last spot in the tournament.
