Was anyone in attendance? Was it as bad in the 1st half as the box score would indicate (or worse)?
As someone stated in a different post, we were terrible to begin the game and had to play catch up. We made only 5 shots from the field in the 1st half. That is beyond pathetic. Where is the offense? I didn't think it would be such a struggle this year to score, but obviously we have no rhythm and don't run any sort of offense whatsoever.
Right now our offense should run thru Olsen, Cormier & Barney. I would like to have those three out there together along with Rudolph but it would probably make us way too small on the defensive end.

Haha, seriously.
I was hoping there would be some more feedback on my question in the previous thread.
Frustration has turned into indifference.

I'll be honest for the first time ever as a Loyola student.. I stopped listening at half-time to a Loyola broadcast.
A little upset I stepped out of my apartment and didn't get to listen to the comeback, but after 9 minutes of not scoring.. it was brutal.
It's just frustrating to have this result against a team that put up 41 points against D1 powerhouse Savannah State.. like was said earlier Walker had 13 rebounds but who knows what that was.
Agree with the Olson comment as well. he's played well recently.. Morgan State and this game.

frustrating team to root for to say the least...schedule ramps up with the Mason and Georgetown games -- those will get ugly if we play the way we have played against much tougher competition.

In all seriousness, I am no longer actively following this program. I'll be more than happy to jump on the bandwagon at a point in the future, but I have already invested way too much time following the program post 1994 with extremely little to show for it.
I will attend my first game at Reitz in about ten years when they play Bucknell, but that will be more about nostalgia and meeting up with friends than about the game. I expect we will lose. I hope to be surprised.
I'll let the younger alumni pick it up from here on out. Good luck to you in carrying the flag.

I agree, it's the same thing every year. I'm done caring about wins and losses until Patsos is gone. Personally I wouldn't have brought him back with the team from CT.
Over last season and 2 games into the MAAC, we have beaten 3 teams in the MAAC. I question whether this team will even finish ahead of Marist.

well Marist is 2-0 ha..
i question whether we finish above niagara who seems to just be absolutely awful this year..
i will still continue to care.. bc ive only been invested in this being my 4th and final year as a student.. but it just gets more and more frustrating each year...
the worst is that people/students.. are actually showing up.. more so than they did in years previously at least.. and it'll just be a sad day when the students catch on and stop showing up like they usually do
