Does Bova essentially get 4 years of eligibility starting next year?

Am I correct that the reason that Cusworth and Dom Martin only can play one semester of their 5th years is because those teams both have rules like Princeton where you have to leave school in order to get any extra eligibility due to injury?

Cusworth has just one semester of eligibity next year and apparently will use it in the fall. Don't know what Dom Martin's situation is.
