I don't think so. It appears that the only on-campus game for the Bison is the one at Illinois State. IL State is one of four teams in the other bracket, along with Buffalo, St. Louis, and Stephen f. Austin. Those eight schools seem to be it.
That is quite a lot different from the pre-covid 2019 event, where the top bracket was South Carolina, Wichita State, West Virginia, and UNI. Frankly, teams like that are more than this year's team can compete with.

I think with such an inexperienced team the bison won’t be favored to win very many games.
