In Andy Katz's weblog for the WWLIS, he mentions a conversation he had with Littlefield (the selection committee chair for this year).
Anyways, there is a paragraph, in which he mentions Bucknell's double OT loss to UNI. Here it is:
"Littlepage also said that Bucknell had a "good loss" in double-overtime at Northern Iowa. That's good news for the Bison's chances of getting in without winning the Patriot League tournament."
At least the selection committee is thinking like the majority of us on this board. That we looked like a tournament caliber team playing well on the road, sans 30 seconds at the end of the game and first OT.
