Since others on this board apparently don't even both to follow Bucknell MBB social media making a separate post so everyone is aware Andre Screen lost his mother this morning. Condolences to one of our university family who has lost a parent way too young.
I'm not naïve enough to even suggest a cease fire on the coach hate, but have some common sense and think about what Andre, Coach Davis and the rest of the team must be going through right now.

Thank you for posting this - way more important than winning or losing basketball games.

I agree with both of these posts. I'm certainly not happy about the current hoops situation, but Andre's terrible loss yesterday puts things in a different perspective.

Thanks for sharing this. Very sad news. I was at the debacle of a game last night and was about to share my thoughts with our AD, but I will stand down.

I've just had a few meetings after the home games with Andre Screen parents, two of the nicest people you've ever hope to meet. His mother in particular was everything: beautiful, well spoken, always smiling and in general, very impressive. They were driving up from Virginia to every home game.
This young man should not have to deal with such a tragedy at his age. Here's hoping he gets lots of support from teammates, classmates and fans.
