Princton -3.5 sure looks like a "no-Llewellyn" line to me, although maybe I'm wrong as the KenPom and Torvik spreads are only -4.

I have no knowledge but suspect that Jaelin will play only one game, either today or Monday, if he is physically capable but you never know. Would not be surprised if he sits out both games especially with 2-0 start.
Today may be a very tough game to win with virtually no homecourt advantage.

Good start from Allocco off the bench. Tigers posted him up with Lilly guarding him and he quickly converted. Lilly's only 6'0", I think that's a look they should be looking for throughout the game today

Rough close to the half as the Tigers lose Lilly on a sideline out of bounds play and Brown takes a 1 point lead into halftime, 42-41

Allowing opponents to shoot 58% not likely to lead to success.

Good half offensively but allowing too many open shots for Brown. Those two lob dunks in the first half sandwiching Friberg's 3s were rough to see.

Wheeeew. Glad Lilly never touched the ball on the final play, I thought he was gonna repeat the Desmond Cambridge shot.
Getting some 2019 vibes here -- eking out early wins against a soft / home-loaded schedule, things are gonna get a lot harder -- but 3-0 is 3-0, and banking wins without Llewellyn is great.

WOO! We escape! Winning another without Jaelin is so huge. Ironic that the game was sealed with... defense. Great final possession to force the contested 3 from Brown.
Credit to the Bears - they came to play, Choh and Kino Lilly are elite - and the latter is only a freshman! Trouble for years to come.
Tosan was an absolute beast, perhaps even moreso than usual. He had a clutch block in the final minute too. Friberg still on fire from 3 (his 3pt% is evening out). Wright and Langborg coming through as expected. And Alloco made some big plays/shots despite not starting the game. I missed the first half so I'm not sure how long Barnes was in there.

Glad to be 3-0, especially without Jaelin. Besides Lilly's great game, I thought the defense in the 2nd half was largely pretty decent. Tosan was very good, and even Allocco had a couple of nice defensive possessions guarding Choh. Offensively Tosan shouldered a huge load today and performed incredibly well.
The turnovers and free throws were pretty brutal to watch, especially missed FTs from our guards who are good shooters otherwise.
I do agree that the Ivy schedule has been on the soft end/home loaded, but I would say the 2019 season took a weird turn for that team that definitely affected the end of that season

Another tough, gritty win. Brown is really tough and Lilly is quite a talent. I’m not sure where this talk of “soft” schedule is coming from. Brown gave UNC a hell of a run and took down Harvard in Cambridge. Columbia went down to Philly and beat the Quackers. It says a lot about this team that they have now won too tough games without Jaelin. Hope he can come back for the Yale game. Go Tigers!

Tigers have kept their composure in the final few minutes throughout the season, winning a really high percentage of close games. Impressive. They are certainly not a dominant team and obviously missed Jaelin tonight.
One disappointment was the play of the bigs, Barnes and Hooks, other than Tosan. It would be really helpful if Kellman could get on the court with Jaelin. Lack of big men will be a problem if they can get to the Big Dance but that is a long way to go.
Very little margin of error for the Tigers to win.

Seems to me they are frequently too careless in passing, not watching defenders enough, which leads to a lot of unforced TOs. Maybe today credit belonged to the Brown defense and you have to be risky to get the plays you want, but this seems like a recurring issue.
Also looked like PU benefitted from some ref calls that could have gone either way, or not at all. But that's college basketball and we will doubtless feel the shoe is on the other foot before the season ends.

Choh is an outstanding player and I am little surprised that he does not take more shots. His game is somewhat similar to Tosan but Tosan has several inches over him and more ball skills. Tosan is really good and fortunately, he hit foul shots in the second half. Friberg and Langborg also had good games.
Does not appear that any Il men's team is very good although I suspect that Yale will be a nightmare to play and they will need Jaelin for that task.

Watched the replay last night, solid win and against a very good team. Very impressed that the Tigers are playing so tough in the absence of Jaelin. The “iron five” is a little scary, they all played 35+ minutes yesterday but still had gas in the tank for the final possessions. Max Johns played 10 decent minutes, but agree we need more and better playing time from Keeshawn (or Mason).
Tosan makes this team so hard to defend, I think we will give every team match-up problems. But we will need Jaelin to win a title.
