Lehigh has been really bad this year, which is why the bison are about a seven point favorite. I would be putting my money on LU. .

Lehigh is atrocious and at the bottom of Division 1 even worse than the Bison. Will the Administration reward Davis for scheduling the weakest OOC opponents I can remember to pad his record before conference play. This is the weakest Patriot League I can remember too since before the scholarship allowances.

Well 6:00 to go in first half and it is evident why these teams are winless in the PL.

And the orange pullovers the coaching staff is wearing are hideous. This concludes the Versace Fashion Minute.

Who is this team going to beat? This board being as dead as it is should tell you all you need to know about the state of the program. I won’t go so far as to say I wish this place looked like Crossports during the Milan Brown years but at least they cared enough to post incessantly. Apathy is far more dangerous to a program

The giveaway next game is brown paper bags! Just awful. Good game by Timmerman on the offensive end. Not sure what the +/- would have been though with playing defense, but no one on either side really played any at all the second half.

And everyone will go through the motions and do nothing. I feel badly for the recruits. They aren’t being coached. But I also feel bad for the local fans of Bucknell have supported the team.
What a joke.

Milan Brown's worst year in the PL will probably exceed what Davis will post this year. And we have decent players. Rice? Timmerman? A well coached Screen? That and the rest are a winning combination PL, at least respectable.

I don’t like how Davis called off the dogs with 26 seconds left. Obviously very very slim chance of a comeback being down 8 and showing little offense all game, but with 6 team fouls Lehigh could have missed some front ends of one and ones and maybe turned it over. You never know.

Davis mailed it in! How much longer will it be until he loses the team! A few already look like they are checked out on the season...

Agreed. Considering all the time spent in practice and a 4-hour roundtrip bus trip for Lehigh, I can't see why you don't spend another few minutes taking a final shot at a miracle comeback. They do happen.
Football coaches make decision charts about when to go for two-point conversions. Maybe basketball coaches need charts covering surrender. Down 8 with 26 seconds left is certainly in the "keep fighting" zone.

As an example, less than five years ago Bucknell trailed Colgate by eight points in Sojka with less than 25 seconds left. They ended up miraculously winning the game in regulation. Ridgefield
Of course that team had Nana Foulland, Zach Thomas, Stephen Brown, Kimbal Mackenzie, Nate Sestina, etc. - but Colgate that year was much more talented than this year‘s Lehigh squad and obviously had a much better coach than Lehigh.

They could’ve began fouling with a minute to go but instead allowed Whitney-Sidney to make two easy layups. Ridiculous.

ND and Harrison have never been known for their bench acumen.
