Dartmouth trailed for nearly the entire game, and was down by as much as 13 in the second half. A couple of big buckets from freshman Brandon Mitchell Day re-energized the Green and the erased the deficit quickly. There was one terrific sequence on the offensive glass ending in a Krystowiak bucket, and an odd-looking floater by Neskovic that gave them the lead. Huge block by Mitchell-Day to save the game, and three consecutive misses from deep in the last 30 seconds by Penn's Jordan Dingle to seal it.
Somehow this team is in contention for the Ivy Tournament. It remains a very long shot. But it sure makes it easier to get up for practice in the Hanover winter.
