Was in the building for this one - losses like this are that much tougher when you see them in person.

Big props to this team for taking Yale all the way on the road, despite losing Anya to a finger injury after about a minute of game time and playing without Nana for large parts of both halves due to foul trouble. Another great game for Kino and some big minutes from Cooley and Landon Lewis to tide us over until Nana got back in. Impressed by Friday's physicality, especially as he took it to Knowling in the post a couple times, but don't think he's the guy who should be taking the big 3 down the stretch.

Shot better from the free throw line, but Paxson missing the front end of the one-and-one and Nana fouling out on the rebound (didn't think the foul should've been called on him, but can hardly claim partiality here) was the moment where I knew we weren't gonna get this one.

Plenty to build on from this one - hoping that Anya is able to jump back into the fray this season, but looked like he had a pretty big cast on his finger.

Very impressed by the effort from the undermanned Bears. Our front court was depleted by injuries and foul trouble. It was wise of Martin to promote an up tempo offense. It opened up the court and lead to some great ball movement, allowing for some open shots, which often went in tonight. Especially during that great run in the second half. The player development of Martin and his staff gave Brown a chance for a great upset this evening. Let’s hope Anya and Nadur get healthy soon. The Bears can be a factor in this tight league.

Agree with all that’s been said here. A very good effort worth Kino making some very tough shots. Nice work from Cooley. They still could have had this one. Missing the front end in a spot like that is a tough pill.

Nana has got to be smarter about his fouls. The only thing you can’t do when you’re down your next two bigs is commit dumb fouls. He committed dumb fouls.

We are thin in the frontcourt even when healthy. Lewis gave us solid minutes. But I am betting we go four guard with Friday out there. (Though he’s been very good off the bench of late).
LET'S go BRU-no (duh. nuh. nuh-nuh-nuh)
