Think back a couple weeks ago, after Brown's free throw struggles at Northwestern lost them a chance at a big road win. Would've been difficult to imagine then that this team would make it's free throws down the stretch to seal a huge road sweep.

What a group of guys, what a weekend. Lots of work to do, but lots to still play for, which is a beautiful thing.

An enormous game. And weekend. I can’t remember the last time a Brown team swept on the road.

That sure was dramatic! Those last few minutes without Nana showed just how much he means to the defense. Harvard found a way to the basket pretty much every time. If the game were 41 or 42 minutes long I think Harvard would take it. We held on just long enough.

I think the negative effect of our lack of size without Anya and Ndur has been completely offset by Wojcik's great play and the whole team's improvement at the foul line since those inuries occured, so we're acutally better than before despite the health issues.

By the way, I'm a frequent reader of these boards and very infrequent poster, but I love this community. I've been a huge fan since my freshman year in 08-09.

If memory serves, I think the last road sweep was against Harvard and Dartmouth in the last weekend of basketball in 2020, prior to the pandemic.

This team plays with an edge, like they have something to prove. There is a lot of enthusiasm, right through the last man on the bench. They clearly work hard, as evidenced by their commitment to defense and improved free throw shooting. A well-earned huge weekend sweep!

Wojcik had a big game in front of his mom and dad, who hustled to Harvard after Michigan State beat Rutgers in Joisy this afternoon.

Next Saturday’s home game with Cornell is for third place. Go Bears!!!

Actually, I believe MSU lost, but Paxton’s play might have eased the pain.

Wojcik has become huge since Anya went down. Really putting pressure on defenses differently. He’s getting buckettsss.

Two wins this weekend also puts Mike one win away from tying the all-times win record for a Brown coach.

I thought he tied it with this win?

Congratulations on the weekend sweep. Obviously, we Princeton fans are wary of Brown. I was especially impressed by Owusu-Anane in that game, and it sounds like he's been keeping it up.

I'm really impressed to see Brown in the thick of it despite losing Anya. He and Owusu-Anane were defensive studs that contained Tosan and shut down Kellman. Gotta figure you win that 2pt game with Yale with if Anya doesn't go down 1 minute in.

Final score not as close as the game was. Harvard almost closed it. That final shot just rimmed out and it would have been a shame because Brown did outplay last night.

Friday played a very important game after looking not-ready the night before. Nana was very big defensively. And has there been a quieter 7-11 shooting for 21 points from Lilly?

I am doubtful that we will get Anya back for Cornell but praying he could be back for P P weekend.
