Xander Rice gets a well-deserved spot.
"Joining Rice on the All-Patriot League Third Team were Colgate's Ryan Moffatt, Lafayette's CJ Fulton, Lehigh's Tyler Whitney-Sidney, and Navy's Tyler Nelson.
The First Team selections were Army's Jalen Rucker, Lehigh's Keith Higgins, Navy's Daniel Deaver, and Colgate's Keegan Records and Tucker Richardson, who was also named Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year.
The Second Team picks were American's Matt Rogers, Boston University's Walter Whyte, Holy Cross' Gerrale Gates, Lehigh's Evan Taylor, and Navy's Sean Yoder.
Records, Richardson, Yoder, American's Johnny O'Neil, and Boston University's Jonas Harper comprised the All-Defensive Team.
Army's Ethan Roberts was named Rookie of the Year, and Colgate's Matt Langel was the choice for Coach of the Year."

After eight years on the job, Nathan Davis has yet to recruit even one 1st team All-PL player. Not likely to see any in the near future either.

Congratulations to Xander. Nice recognition for your final year in Lewisburg. As for Davis, it’s almost as though by any metric, he’s proving himself and staff as not capable in this position.

Congrats Mr. Rice on getting some recognition for your solid career at Bucknell. I think you should take your 5th year.

Congrats to Xander. We’d be very happy to have you back for a 5th year with the Bison. Love to see that happen. If not who plays the point for us next year?
Also re 5th year players and other PL schools:
Richardson is now up to 151 games played for Colgate over 5 years. Colgate has no MBA program and doesn’t have a Business or Management major. Not sure what classes or credits he’s getting there In Hamilton. But congrats to him for a very solid career and his success.
Tucker may hold the all time record for games played as a PL player. It’s 151 and counting. Point here is that Bucknell should get more flexible and creative with 5th year programs!
Gates and Whyte (second team all PL players) are also in 5th years and have each played over 130 games over 5 seasons.
Meanwhile Andrew Funk is playing over 30 minutes a game for Penn State and starring in the Big 10. This is a major Logic Attack for me and other Bison fans.
