Go Tigers. Happy they won even though I had Arizona in the final 4.

Anyone else remember when the PL level the playing field with the Ivies? It’s not even close now.

Colgate, best three point shooting team in the country could only make 3 tonight while Texas made 13. End of story.

Yeah while Texas is obviously more athletic, three point shooting was the difference. Tucker did not have a good final game.

Andrew Funk scored 27 points in a PSU strong win over A&M 8/10 on threes and 8 assists. Congrats!

Great game by Funk! 8 made 3’s and 3 made free throws after being fouled on another 3 pt attempt.

I'm happy for Funk. I saw one of his made three's on the highlight show and it was a nice one.
Due to a comfortable couch and a bothersome knee I had to "rest", I had a great first day of the tournament. I watched Maryland best West Virginia in a back and forth close game, a peaking Duke team beat Oral Roberts, and a decent Tennessee/Louisiana ragin'cajun" 3 point affair with Tennessee coming out on top. I think my knee needs one more day "rest". Happy St. Patty's day everyone! Enjoy the games!

Wow! It did not takd long for the Head Coach merry go round
to rev up. Tobin Anderson to Iona ( truthfully, did anybody know who this guy was a week ago), and PSU loses Shrewsberry to Notre Dame.

Apparently Iona really liked him 3 years ago when he interviewed against Pitino.

More sports trivia, but Tobin Anderson was Dave Paulson's assistant at Le Moyne, before Paulson went to Williams.
