Saint Joe's 6' 1" freshman guard Quin Berger has entered the transfer portal. On Twitter, "Big 5 + 1" says, "Appeared very minimally for the Hawks this season, wouldn’t be shocked to see him follow John Griffin to Bucknell."
Played at the Westtown School, a very strong program in West Chester, PA.

Son of the Westtown School coach, Seth Berger, and brother of Lafayette guard, TJ Berger, who has bounced from Georgetown to San Diego to Lafayette. Quin Berger did play "minimally" - exactly 11 minutes for the season.
His only scholarship offer when he completed his HS career was from NJIT, but then signed very late with St. Joes. Apparently was a scholarship but not clear. Doesn't sound like he would be a difference maker at the PL level. I would be much happier if Griffin was able to find a better player in the portal.

Two if Screen leaves. One if he returns.
FWIW, he practiced with the team yesterday.

Not sure. Just offered to Budd Clark, a point guard out of West Catholic in Philadelphia. Had committed to Coppin but reopened his recruiting when that coach was let go. Clark had a great run through the state playoffs, helping his team to the 5A state title. Was at the championship game. Loved his game, but even more loved his floor presence and leadership. West Catholic also has a Temple signee.

Adam “Budd” Clark had offers from FDU, Lafayette, Ruder and Coppin back in November . Merrimack more recently. But as you pointed out, his strong recent play may have elevated his stock. I’m sure Griffin has seen a lot of him.

"John Griffin with a TERRIFIC offer here. I love Budd Clark’s game. Has been tremendously undervalued. Love this offer for both sides."

Lieb is the brother of Jack Lieb, a 6–10 center who was rostered by Lehigh for four years, but never played a game due to catastrophic foot problems, followed by back and hip impairments.

Wow good for Alex. Winthrop has a solid history of success and has made the tourney quite a few times. Plus the weather is nicer! Alex really turned things around after a pretty bad first two years.

I think biomedical science is underrated at Bucknell. There seems to be engineering students that gravitate toward that for some reason. I remember G. W. Boon about a decade ago had a few biomedical inventions that were seriously looked at by some top medical centers. And there were others if I recall correctly, though I forget the names. Mohamed might be a good fit academically here.

Yes, and in addition to GW, I believe Zach Thomas did similar biomed engineering projects in association with Geisinger.
