And while I have long thought that he has a bias against Penn, his is the first analysis I have seen this year that is as pessimistic for Penn as is mine--7th place and a weak one at that.

I think I'd have Cornell above Brown for two reasons: 1) Cornell under the new system seems to do fine even when they lose talent, and 2) Cornell has been there before. Otherwise, it looks about right to me.
