Dartmouth holds off D3 Westfield State for its first win of the year. The final was 79-61. This is a game the Green should win by 40+, and they were up 30 in the first half. But it was downhill from there.

The game was just as unpleasant to watch as the women's D3 victory. The Green's only advantage was size. Brandon Mitchell Day, Dusan Neskovic and Nikola Dimitriejevic -- three bigs -- combined for 47 points. Ryan Cornish managed only one bucket before leaving with a rolled ankle.

Two more D3 games on the schedule. Hurrah!

We're going to need Cornish 1) healthy and 2) shooting better if we're going to even have a pulse this season...
