Incredible first quarter up 23-7. But the first 3 minutes of the 2nd Q have been a disaster

Tigers 38-29 at the half after at one point leading by 18. Then the Sooners started hitting a few shots and Princeton committed several turnovers. OU’s defense, Tiger sloppiness, and several offensive fouls away from the ball brought Princeton back to earth.
But the defense looks solid and they are getting plenty of looks, this game is winnable if the Tigers can fix their TO problems.

63–47 after 3Q. Much cleaner play and St. Rose (24 points) and Mitchell (13 RBs) have been outstanding.

77-63 final but when the starters were pulled at the 2 minute mark it was a 20-point blowout. And this was despite 19 turnovers. But the Tigers dominated the boards 50-37 and held OU to 35% FGs while shooting 48%.
Maddy and Ellie were the best players on the court and Chen scored 20 including a 3-point play in the 2H that felt like it broke OU’s spirit. She had 5 TOs and just 1 assist, not her typical “floor general” performance.
OU came in at #20 so draw your own conclusions about where the Tigers rank.

A wire-to-wire smackdown of the #22/20 ranked Oklahoma Sooners, 77-63. A 20-point win reduced to 14 by 6 late points against the bench players, who had trouble holding onto the ball. St. Rose was outstanding again, Ellie with 18 boards and Kaitlyn steady at the point. On to the rematch with Indiana. Let's go 2-0 against ranked teams.

Tough first half against Indiana, Tigers down 24-41 and have trailed from the opening tip.
Hoosiers are turning the tables on Princeton, out-shooting the Tigers 62% to 34%. And the TOs have continued with 9 in 1H. Indiana is very disciplined on defense and on offense are getting plenty of open looks, unlike the Oklahoma game on Thursday.
It will take a reversal of fortune (and shooting %) in 2H to get this game back to being competitive. Chen is 1-8 and she will need to lead the charge.

Indiana was well prepared for the stuff Princeton runs. They are being very aggressive on defense, and have already committed 9 fouls - 3 on Parrish and 2 on Garzon. The refs could have called more. But that said, Indiana - Scalia in particular - are shooting very well and Holmes getting going inside. It will be a tough slog back, they have to start hitting shots and guarding the 3-pt line better.
