Top 50 shooting guard. Our best recruit ever. He's got good size at 6'5", good athleticism, and pretty good shooter from what I've seen too. He's an enormous get.
His father is friends from Amaker, and Xavier Nesbitt is his god-brother, so we had some built-in advantages recruiting-wise. He certainly had NIL options, so the fact that he's choosing us now hopefully means he's less likely to leave (although who knows).
Pretty painful to think of what we could have been with Mack as a junior, Okpara as a senior, and Harrington as a freshman.

Mazel tov. But, if he's as good as all that, what's to say he'll still be around after a year?

I’d be surprised if we had him for more than two years. I think he’s more likely to go pro than he is to leave for another school though. (ESPN has him as their 33rd-ranked recruit, so there’s a good chance he’s right on the cusp of draft range)

There's also another factor to consider: will he stay healthy?
