Pomeroy has the league being closer than it has been in recent memory (though his predictions always end up like that). Here are the predictions, based on matchups, which look closer to me (in parentheses, the records are by cumulative percentage, which is what Pomeroy actually uses).
Princeton- 13-1 (10-4)
Penn------ 13-1 (9-5)
Columbia-- 6-8 (8-6)
Yale------ 6-8 (7-7)
Brown----- 6-8 (6-8)
Cornell--- 6-8 (6-8)
Harvard--- 5-9 (6-8) -though they are ranked better than Cornell: shouldnt have lost to the Green
Dartmouth- 1-13 (4-10)
