Say what you want about Princeton playing Haverford, but I have to admit, it was a closer game than Columbia-Cornell.

Haverford's teams are known as the Fords. In their last game before Princeton, they defeated the Diplomats of Franklin & Marshall, which led to the following headline on Haverford's website: "Bass, Gabriel Lead Fords Past Dips for First Time Since 1977."

On the other hand, they probably laugh at us for having so many teams named after colors.

If Columbia did play Haverford and lost (which seems entirely conceivable after Saturday), the headline would read: "Fords to City: Drop Dead."

OK, I'll stop now.

If James Madison played F&M and managed the predictable victory the headline might read:

"Dukes Dunk Dips"

"Duke dukes Dukes" is a pregame headline I would like to see.

Imagine Holy Cross knocking off John Chaney's squad:

CRUSADERS DESTROY TEMPLE
